Our team will arrive at your house on the scheduled day and time.
Several factors are taken into consideration when making your estimate, and many details can affect the cost of your cleaning. For example, the square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the condition of the premises, whether the last professional cleaning occurred more than 6 months ago, the presence of pets in the residence, if any additional services are required, or even the type of the stove can impact the cost of a cleaning.
Payment is due at the time of service.
Acceptable payments:
Cash, Check, Zelle and Venmo.
For electronic payments there is an additional of 10% fee.
We understand that from time to time, you may need to move your cleaning day due to sickness or an unexpected event. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours to allow time to accommodate your request. We will be happy to work with you to reschedule your cleaning for an available date before your next scheduled cleaning.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, please give us a notice up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduled within 24 hours or no-show will be charged a $80 fee.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee ensures you are thrilled with our service in every visit. If you are not completely delighted with our services, let us know within 24-hours after your scheduled service and we will return and make it right free at charge.
